May_Weekend On line Entry FORM

This facility allows you to enter any number of competitors for the May_Weekend Orienteering Event. It is coupled to a copy of the BOF members database enabling the majority of the competitor information to be filled in automatically. The major information needed is a BOF number for each competitor - this is normally required for any entrant although it is possible to make a valid entry without such a number if you are not a BOF member.

The first step is to fill in the information below to get a copy of the form. This will be of the correct size for the number of competitors you request. You are asked for a BOF number here of the primary contact whose name and address will be used for sending of details, cards etc.. You must also supply a surname and four consecutive letters from the first two lines of your address (e.g. if you live at 37 Acacia Avenue, Surbiton - acia, surb, urbi etc. will work) - these are security checks to prevent unauthorized access to your data. Once you have accessed the form, you need only enter the BOF number of competitors.

It is assumed that the primary contact will also be entering as a competitor and so his/her competitor details will appear in the first line of the form. This may produce an inappropriate entry if the contact BOF number used is that of a group (e.g University Club). If the first line entry is not as required for any reason, it can be reloaded by entering the BOF number of a valid competitor as required and re-checking the form.

In order to complete the entry, you will be required to provide a Credit Card or Debit Card (Switch/Delta) number for payment. This is submitted directly to a commercial on line payment company using full commercial level encryption for security.

Once you have made an entry, you can use the form below to check your entry at any time. You will need to quote your entry sequence number and the surname of the person named as the contact on the original entry. If you do not get a valid sequence number in response to your payment and/or by email then your entry has probably not been made correctly.

Data Protection Information
